It’s a decent location, though the traffic noise can be a bit much during the rush hours. Our office is a straightforward place. We haven’t spent much on interior design because we think it’s better to focus on the work itself. We handle a lot of paperwork and consultations here. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s families and stories. It feels more like a small group of people working together than a big company. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just make some on a small stove in the back. Customers who come in usually just sit on the wooden chairs we’ve had for years. We try to be helpful and give clear answers to whatever people are asking. We aren't interested in using big words or complicated explanations. We just tell people how things are. The building is part of the residential society area, so we try to keep things quiet and respectful for the neighbors. It’s a quiet existence for the most part. We like the stability of being in one place for so long. We know the local shops and the people who walk by every day.
