We are located at D 14 in the Sardar Industrial Estate, right along Otc Road. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the daily operations for Mitesh Food Products Pvt Ltd. The area stays pretty busy with trucks and people moving about from sunrise until well after dark. Most of our morning is spent getting the machines warmed up and checking the supplies that came in the night before. It is dusty work and the floor is usually covered in bits of packaging by the time we take our first break. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for tea and talk about the weather or how the traffic was on Otc Road. The office part of our unit is cramped and filled with stacks of ledgers that need updating. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just walk straight onto the floor. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors makes it hard to hear the phone, so we have to step outside to talk. We have been in this spot for several years now. The walls have some marks and the sign out front is starting to peel a bit, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We just focus on getting the food products packed and shipped out on time every single day. We make sure the gates are locked tight before we leave.
