Our place of work is at 79/D in Shubh Laxmi Society. This is in the Chhani Jakat Naka area of Baroda, Gujarat. It is more of a residential society, so Mindjob Consultancy And Services has a very local feel to it. We aren't in a high-rise building or a commercial park. The office is basically a converted space that fits our needs. It feels a bit like home because of the surroundings. We have our computers set up and there is always some paperwork piled up on the side. The Chhani Jakat Naka area is quite busy, but once you get inside the society, it quietens down a bit. We spend our days helping people with their jobs and other consultancy tasks. It’s a small operation. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or modern art. The chairs are comfortable enough for a full day's work. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though it gets dusty from the road nearby. We've been here for a good amount of time and we like the community. Vitesh Ninama is the name associated with this spot. We are just a few people working hard to keep things moving. It’s a plain, no-nonsense environment. We don't do much marketing or anything like that, we just focus on the people who come to us. Lunch is usually something quick we grab from home or a nearby place. It is a very simple way of doing business.
