Located right near the new bus depot in Padra, at 18 Gyanbaug Soc, we’ve been running things for a while now. It’s a busy spot with all the buses coming and going, so there is always a bit of noise outside our windows. Our team mostly spends the day looking at resumes and talking to people who need work. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we try to match folks with the right jobs. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when a lot of people show up at once, but we manage to get through the paperwork eventually. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of small shops around if we need a quick snack or a tea break. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do, we just show up and handle the hiring stuff for the local companies and the people living around here. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on full blast. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks making calls or typing things into the computer. It’s practical work. We know the local area well because most of us grew up not too far from here. If you are looking for the office, just look for the sign near the depot. It’s easy to find once you get to the society entrance. We stay until the work is done, which sometimes means staying late when there’s a big batch of hiring to do.
