Meet Engineering

Our office is located up in No. 610 at the Centre Point building on R. C. Dutt Road. Alkapuri is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being on one of the higher floors means we get a bit of a view of the street, though mostly we are just looking at the tops of trees and other buildings. Meet Engineering has been based here for a while now. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We have our drafting tables and the computers where we spend most of the day. The elevator in Centre Point is sometimes a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby chatting with the security guard. It’s a business building but we keep things pretty relaxed inside our own four walls. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner and stacks of technical drawings everywhere. We don't really bother with decorating much because we’re usually too focused on the actual engineering work. People come by for meetings or to drop off plans, and we just fit them in between everything else. The walk from the parking lot can be a bit long when it’s hot, but once you’re inside with the fan on, it’s not so bad. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks on the list each day.
