Tcr Advanced Engineering is over in Vadodara, specifically at B/67 Aadhar Society. We are situated right behind Suryanagar on Waghodia Road. It’s a decent area, mostly residential and small businesses. Our office isn't some high-tech lab you see in movies, even if Advanced Engineering is in the name. It's a practical place where we do our engineering work. We have the equipment we need and space to think. Waghodia Road can get quite busy, but once you turn into Aadhar Society, it gets a bit quieter. We started this private limited company because we wanted to work for ourselves and do things our own way. We aren't into corporate meetings that last all day for no reason. We just talk about the projects and get to it. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s a lot of technical stuff involved in what we do, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just solve the problems that come our way. If you walk into the office, you'll see a lot of papers and maybe some parts laying around. It's a working environment, not a showroom. We've been part of the Vadodara-19 community for a while now and we're happy staying right where we are. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We just keep working hard and trying to stay busy without making a big fuss about things.
