Shree Ram Metal Cast

Shree Ram Metal Cast is located over at Plot No. 535 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a busy place and honestly, it gets pretty loud with all the casting work going on. We spend most of our days around the furnaces and the molds. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months, but that is just how the metal business is. We started out small and stayed in the same spot for a long time. There is always sand on the floor from the molding process and the smell of hot iron is everywhere. People come and go through the main gate, mostly just delivery guys and people looking for parts. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just a desk in the corner with a lot of papers on it. Most of the space is taken up by the machines and the cooling area. If you come by, you might have to wait a bit because we are usually in the middle of a pour. The GIDC roads can be a bit of a mess sometimes with the trucks, so we just get used to the chaos. We just keep our heads down and get the casting done for whoever needs it. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we know how to do here. Anyway, that is what’s happening at our unit on Plot 535.
