We are tucked away in the E.P.I.P. Zone on 3rd Road in the G.I.D.C. Savali Manjusar area. It’s a big industrial estate, so we are surrounded by factories and warehouses of all kinds. At Pro G Agro Pvt. Ltd., our daily routine revolves around the agro sector. We have a decent-sized space here at E-54 where we handle our operations. It’s mostly about managing the flow of goods and making sure the production side doesn’t hit any snags. The sounds of machinery are pretty much the background music of our lives. We have a team that’s been with us for a bit, so everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We don’t really go in for big corporate meetings. Instead, we just talk over things on the floor or in the small office area. The G.I.D.C. is a busy place, especially when the shifts change and everyone is heading in or out. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the bags are filled correctly. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We’ve got a couple of old fans that keep the air moving during the summer months. It's just a regular industrial job where we show up, do the work, and go home. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just run our agro business the best we can every single day. It keeps us all quite busy.
