Sometimes shipments are late or the weather ruins plans, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just part of being in this industry. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. We close up around six, but during the peak season, we’re often here much later than that. It’s just the way it goes. Everyone here works hard and we don't worry too much about fancy titles or how things look to people from the outside.
