We are located out in Makarpura, Vadodara. Jindal Agro Pvt Ltd is based right in the heart of this industrial and commercial zone. It's a very practical place for us to be for an agro-related business. There's not much fluff or decoration here. The air usually smells like dust and machinery, which is just part of being in Makarpura. We don't have a specific street number that everyone uses; most people just know where we are in this part of the area. Our office is more about function than fashion. We have a lot of people coming in and out all day, mostly talking about crops, seasons, and supplies. It's the kind of place where you wear sturdy shoes because you might end up in a warehouse or out in a field at any moment. We're not big on marketing or trying to sound like some massive multinational firm. We're just a local group focused on the agro sector and doing things right. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we're just sitting here catching up on old records and filing. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but that's just the nature of the work we do. We've been in Vadodara for a long time and we know how things work around here. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to do our jobs well and then go home. It's a simple life and we're fine with that.
