You can find Manish Vadgama & Associates on the first floor of the Devdeep Complex. We are right on the Nizampura Main Road here in Vadodara. It is a busy street, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside, but inside the office, we try to keep things focused on the task at hand. The office is at number 15, and it’s a pretty standard setup with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We deal with architectural plans and various consultancy tasks. I’ve been working in this area for quite some time, and the Devdeep Complex is a well-known spot for local businesses. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend our time making sure the drawings are accurate and the clients are happy with the progress. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing, whether it’s a site visit or filing paperwork. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of big blueprints spread out on the table, but we make it work. Most people who come to see us are from around Nizampura or other parts of Vadodara. They know we are easy to talk to and won't give them a lot of corporate talk. We just tell it like it is and get on with the job. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We are usually here from morning until evening.
