Manentia Advisory Private Limited is based out of Rosedale County in Isundarpura. Our address is A-44, which is a bit outside the main city rush of Vadodara. Being in the Taluka area means it’s a lot calmer out here. We decided to set up here because it gives us more room to breathe and think. The office is basically a converted space within the residential community, so it has a very lived-in, friendly feel to it. We do advisory work, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people to talk through their financial or business plans. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like to take our time and get the details right. Sometimes our neighbors pop in just to say hello, which we don't mind at all. We are part of the local community here in Isundarpura. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done to keep the business running. If you're looking for a big office with a security guard and a marble floor, that isn't us. We’re just a group of people working hard in a quiet corner of Vadodara. The drive out here is actually quite nice compared to the traffic in the center. We like the pace of life here and think it reflects in how we handle our work. It is steady and careful.
