Vinayak Enterprise

Our place is Vinayak Enterprise, located at Plot No. 855-d-1 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Sometimes people get us confused with other shops nearby because the names are similar, but we just stick to our own corner. It’s a busy little spot. We do a lot of manual work here. The power goes out occasionally, which is frustrating, but we just use that time to sweep up or sharpen tools. We aren't a big corporation. There’s no HR department or fancy dress code. We wear what's comfortable for working with heavy equipment. The floor is concrete and stays cool in the early morning. By the afternoon, the whole place is humming with the sound of work. We get our supplies from the local vendors nearby. It's better that way. We don't use much automation. We like to see every piece that goes out the door. It makes us feel better about the work. The GIDC can be a tough place to work because of the dust and the noise, but we’re used to it now. We have our lunch under the tree just outside the gate. It gives us a break from the metal smell. We just keep our heads down and do the tasks for the day. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we like it. We've been in this building for years and know every crack in the walls by now.
