Ravi Industries

Ravi Industries is situated at Plot No. 163 in the Gidc Estate. We have been operating from this same location for a long time. It is a straightforward industrial unit where we focus on manufacturing various parts. The building has definitely seen better days and maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but the machines inside still work just fine for what we need. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us through thick and thin over the years. We do not spend much time sitting in the office; mostly we are out on the floor making sure the production is moving along as it should. It gets quite noisy and dusty during the peak hours, but that is what you expect when you work in an industrial estate. We do not have any glossy marketing materials or a dedicated sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known our family for decades. We deal with various metal works and fabrication, depending on what the current orders are. There is no big secret to how we work; we just show up every morning and do the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if the deadline is tight. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It is a simple, hardworking environment for everyone involved.
