S V Fabricators

If you come down to Plot No. 856-9 in the GIDC Ind. Estate, you'll find S V Fabricators. We’ve been set up in this workshop for a good while. It’s a bit of a noisy place with all the fabrication work going on, but that’s just how it is in this part of the estate. We have our tools and our benches and that is mostly what you will see if you visit. We don't have a receptionist or anything. Usually, one of us will just put down what we are doing to talk to whoever walks in. The floors are usually covered in some metal shavings, though we try to sweep up at the end of the shift. Working in GIDC means dealing with the heat and the dust, but we are used to it by now. We know most of the other shop owners on this block and we get along fine. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. S V Fabricators is just a place where things get made. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. We just use our hands and the machines we’ve had for years. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing into the plot because the road is narrow. But we manage. It is a simple setup and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is required for the day.
