Rushika Industries

Our place is Rushika Industries, located at Plot No. 965-k-1 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It is a large, busy area, and our plot is just one of many in this section of the estate. We’ve been operating from this same spot for years, and the heavy metal doors have seen quite a bit of wear and tear. Inside, the floor is concrete and often covered in a bit of dust or oil, which is pretty common for a place like ours. We don't have any corporate offices with glass walls. Our office is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a couple of old filing cabinets that don't always open easily. We spend most of the day on the floor, working with the machines and making sure everything is running the way it should. The GIDC can be a loud place with all the neighboring units going at once, but we’ve gotten used to the constant background noise. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo. Most of the people we deal with have been coming to us for a long time. They know where we are in the estate. We have a small tea stall just a short walk away where we go during our breaks to talk with the other workers. It’s an honest, simple way of doing business, and we don’t feel the need to dress it up.
