Microfine Products

Our place is over at Plot No. 797 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It is a solid spot for Microfine Products because all the resources we need are right around the corner. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just another industrial unit in a row of many. Inside, though, we keep things moving as best as we can. There is always a layer of fine dust on the windows, which seems to come with the territory. We spend most of our time focused on the machines and making sure everything is adjusted correctly. It can be a bit repetitive, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing into our narrow lane, so we spend a lot of time waving them in. The Gidc area is always humming with the sound of other factories, so you never really get a quiet moment. We usually have lunch together on the small benches near the entrance. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, if the phone rings, one of the guys wipes his hands and picks it up. We prefer it that way because it keeps things direct between us and the people we work for. It’s just how we run things here at Plot 797 and we don't plan on changing it.
