Micro Care Industries

Micro Care Industries is situated at Plot No. 966-2 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It isn't the biggest unit on the block, but we manage to get a lot of work done in the space we have. The layout is a bit tight, especially when we have several projects going on at once, so we have to be very careful about keeping things in their proper places. The walls are painted a pale color that has faded over the years, and there are posters and calendars pinned up here and there. We don't have any professional consultants or big management teams. It’s just us, the people who actually do the work every day. The GIDC is a dusty environment, so we are constantly cleaning the equipment to keep it in good shape. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy brochures. If someone wants to see what we do, they usually just drop by the plot and talk to us directly. We’re often in the middle of something, so we might have grease on our hands when we say hello. Lunch is usually just a tiffin brought from home, eaten quickly so we can get back to the floor. It’s a practical life, without any of the polish you find in bigger companies. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done.
