Metal Trading

Metal Trading is our name and we are located in the Chandan Complex. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 490-a-1, using Shop No. 12 and 13. If you know where Himalya Machinery is, we are right opposite them in the Gidc Ind. Estate. Having two shops next to each other gives us a bit more room to store the various metal pieces we trade. It is a busy complex with a lot of foot traffic and people moving parts around. We spend most of our time answering the phone or checking the stock levels in the back. The shops are a bit older, so they have that lived-in feel with marks on the walls and heavy shelving. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that, just a few of us who know the metal types and the prices. Being across from Himalya Machinery makes it easy for folks to find us since everyone knows that landmark. The Gidc Ind. Estate is a maze sometimes, but Chandan Complex is a familiar spot for the locals. We get a lot of dust from the road coming into the shop, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a straightforward business. We buy, we sell, and we keep track of the inventory as best as we can. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of our regulars just come in and ask for what they need.
