Baroda Pyromet Industries

People around here mostly know us for being down at Plot No. 442 in the GIDC Ind. Estate. It is quite a busy spot and things get pretty loud during the day at Baroda Pyromet Industries. We have been working out of this space for a while now and most of our mornings start with a quick tea and then straight into whatever job came in the day before. Dealing with pyrometallurgy stuff isn't always clean work but we keep at it because it’s what we know. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for years so they don't need much telling on what to do. The machines have their own moods and you learn to listen to them. Sometimes things get backed up or a part doesn't arrive on time, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the estate, just a place that does the job right without too much fuss. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but it feels like home once you’re used to it. The traffic outside the GIDC gate can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the main rush starts. If you walk past Plot 442, you’ll probably see the shutters half-open and hear the hammers going. It’s a simple life, really, just making things and making sure the orders go out when they should.
