Allzaflex Industries

Down at Plot No. A-1-974-2 in the GIDC Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at Allzaflex Industries. It’s a pretty typical industrial lot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We do a lot of manufacturing here, mostly focusing on flexible materials and industrial parts. The floor is always busy with people moving crates or checking the machines. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a solid group of people who know how to run a production line. The GIDC area is always bustling, and there’s always some truck blocking the road or someone delivering something, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. Our office is tucked away in the front, and it’s usually where we sit down to figure out the week’s production goals. We don't have a lot of time for long-winded meetings or fancy presentations. We just look at what orders came in and get the machines started. Some days everything runs smooth, and other days a belt snaps or a motor gives out, and we all have to pitch in to fix it. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. We don't really bother with the marketing side of things much because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the parts we make. It is just how we operate every day.
