We are located on Vasna Tandalja Road in Baroda. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately. The office is in a building that’s surrounded by other shops and small businesses. We’re consultants, so we spend a lot of time in meetings or looking at spreadsheets on our laptops. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of cabins and then a larger open space where the rest of us sit. It’s not very modern, but it has everything we need to get through the day. The commute can be a bit of a pain because Vasna Tandalja Road gets very congested during peak hours. Most of us try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We talk to a lot of different people every day about their businesses and management needs. It can be quite tiring, but we’ve got a good group of people here who help each other out. There’s a small tea stall just down the road that we visit when we need a break from the screens. We’ve been in this location for a good while and the neighbors all know us. It’s just a regular place where people come to work and do their best with what they have. No one here is trying to be anything fancy.
