Maa Fabricators

You can find us at Shed No 4/3 in the B I D C area of the Gorwa Industrial Estate. Maa Fabricators has been operating out of this shed for quite a while now. Gorwa is a well-known industrial patch, so it’s always loud with the sounds of welding, cutting, and machines running. Our shed isn't anything special to look at, just a big metal structure with enough space for our tools and the projects we are working on. The floor is concrete and usually has some scraps or metal dust on it, no matter how much we sweep. It’s the kind of place where you expect to get your hands a bit dirty. Being in the B I D C means we have lots of other fabricators and workshops around us. We often end up borrowing a tool or helping a neighbor move something heavy. It’s a good community of makers. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a website with lots of buzzwords. People usually just come by the shed if they need something made. We spend our days measuring and joining metal, and that’s about it. The weather gets pretty intense inside the shed during the summer months, but we just keep the big doors open for a breeze. It’s a simple, hardworking environment and we like it that way. It keeps us busy and the work is always different.
