We operate out of C-101 in the Bhadralok Apartment complex on Old Padra Road. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment building rather than a big industrial shed, but we make it work for our metal business. Old Padra Road is a pretty well-known area, so people find us easily enough. We handle the paperwork and the coordination from here. It’s not a giant factory floor with smoke and fire, but more of a place where the planning and the orders get sorted out. We’ve been around for a while, and we’ve learned that you don’t need a huge, fancy office to get things done right. We keep things pretty simple. There are a few desks, some files, and usually a pot of tea going. We talk to suppliers and customers throughout the day. It gets busy, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that’s a good problem to have. We aren't the type to use big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just local people running a business. If you call us, you’ll talk to one of us, not a machine. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the metals we trade and supply. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has served us well over the years here in this neighborhood. We just do what we do.
