We are based out of Baroda, specifically at 2, Tulsi Society on Waghodia Road. It’s quite close to Zaver Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of homes and small shops. Our office is a simple place where we manage staffing needs for various clients. We have been in this spot for some time now, and the routine hasn’t changed much. Every morning starts with checking emails and seeing which positions need filling. There’s always a bit of a rush to get through the paperwork because staffing involves a lot of documents and ID proofs. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby or a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. The desks are a bit cluttered with printed CVs and sticky notes. Waghodia Road can get quite loud with the bikes and cars passing by, but once you step into Tulsi Society, it gets a little calmer. We spend our afternoons mostly on the phone, talking to workers or checking in with supervisors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the most interesting conversations happen among the staff. We just focus on getting people placed where they are needed. It’s honest work, and we stay busy from morning until the shutters go down in the evening.
