Leo Associates

We have our office at FF-105 in Veer Avenue. This is in the Manjalpur area of Vadodara, right across from Patel Vadi. It is very close to Manjalpur Village, so the whole area has a nice mix of the old and the new. We like being on the first floor because it is easy for people to find us without having to wander through a huge building. Leo Associates is a small operation, and we like to keep it that way. The office is filled with files, computers, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It feels like a place where work actually happens rather than a showroom for clients. We spend our days going through project details and talking to contractors. There’s always someone coming or going, so the door is usually opening and closing all day. The traffic on the road outside can be a bit much during rush hour, but it’s part of being in a lively part of the city. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just help people get their projects organized and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a simple, honest business. We have been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we are still here doing the same thing every single day of the week.
