Our office is located at B/11 Mangalmurti Society, right on New Sama Road. We are tucked behind the Chhani Jakatnaka area, which is always buzzing with people coming in and out of Vadodara. Being on this side of town is convenient because the main road is so close, but once you turn into the society, it gets much quieter. Launchpad Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. is basically run out of this house. We have turned the main rooms into our working area with some old desks and a lot of extension cords for our laptops. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we keep the curtains drawn most of the time. We usually bring our own lunches from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. There is a lot of back-and-forth chatter all day, mostly about work but also about what is happening in the city. We do not really do meetings in the traditional sense; we just talk across the room when something comes up. It is a very informal way to spend the day, but we get a lot done. People know us in the society as the quiet group that works late sometimes. It is a good spot for us, and we have no plans to move anywhere else.
