Larsen & Toubro Limited

We are based out of House No. 10 in Shantam Estate. This is in the Subhanpura area of Vadodara. It’s a nice enough area, pretty close to the Rameshwar Mahadev Temple. We also use Shrikant Park as a reference point because it’s right nearby. Larsen & Toubro Limited uses this house as an office. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which isn't a bad thing. We have the usual office equipment spread out across the rooms. The temple nearby means we hear the bells sometimes, which is actually quite nice during a busy day. Subhanpura is a busy part of Vadodara, but our street stays relatively quiet. We handle local coordination and whatever else comes our way. It’s not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit at our desks and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in a place that has a bit of character. There’s a bit of a garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though nobody here is really a gardener. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We’ve been at this Shantam Estate address for a while and it works just fine. We just keep things moving.
