Kiran Steel Traders

We’ve been here on Dabhoi Road for a long time now. It's right opposite Zenith High School, so if you're in the Pratapnagar area, you probably know where that is. We deal in steel, mostly basic stuff people need for building or repairs. It’s a busy spot, especially when school lets out, but we managed to keep the shop running through all the changes in the neighborhood. My cousin started this place and I took over later. We keep various types of steel rods and sheets in the back. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy, but we usually know exactly where everything is located. Most of our customers are locals who just need a few things for a project at home or a small job site nearby. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of heavy metal lying around. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what we have in stock today. Dealing with steel is heavy work and it's dirty, but it's what we do. We try to be fair with people. If we don't have what you want, we usually say so right away instead of making you wait. It's just a regular business. Nothing too special about it, just hard work every day to make sure the orders get loaded onto the trucks and sent out. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just drink plenty of water and keep going.
