Khodiyar Scrap

We run our scrap business out of Vadodara, specifically at 20 8th Cross in Vihalkrupa Society. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Shubh Hospital. It is an interesting spot to be in because the hospital is always quiet and our yard can be quite the opposite. We deal with all sorts of old metal, iron, and whatever else people want to get rid of. Some days the yard is piled high and we have to spend hours sorting through it all to see what is useful and what is just junk. It is dusty work and you definitely need gloves. Khodiyar Scrap has been here for a bit, and we have seen all kinds of things come through our gate. Old bikes, pipes, sheets of tin, you name it. We weigh everything out and try to keep things moving so the pile does not get too out of control. It is just a regular local yard. We do not have a fancy office, just a small space where we keep the books and take a break when the sun gets too hot. People from Vihalkrupa Society know us well. It is a simple way to make a living, buying what people do not want and finding a place for it to go. We stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, by the time we close up, we are pretty tired but that is just how it goes when you are moving heavy stuff all day.
