Khandelwal Drape Shop

Khandelwal Drape Shop is situated at number 77 in the Emerald Building. We are on B.P.C. Road in Asoj, right across from the Haveli. The shop is quite full because we like to have a lot of different fabrics available for people to touch and see. There are rolls of cloth leaning against the walls and samples hanging from just about everywhere. It is a bit of a squeeze to get around sometimes. We spend our days helping people figure out what kind of drapes would look okay in their homes. It is a lot of measuring and cutting and talking about colors. We have been here for a good number of years now. The shop has an old-fashioned feel to it. We don't have any of those modern digital displays or anything. We just use a tape measure and a pair of scissors. The street outside is always busy with traffic, but it is usually a bit calmer inside the shop. We are a small team, and we know our stock very well. If someone asks for a specific shade of green, we usually know exactly which pile it is buried under. It is just a basic shop where we sell curtains and drapes to anyone who walks in. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just provide what is needed and keep the shop running like we always have.
