Our place is at 201/28/2 on the Devasandra Main Road in Alkapuri, in the Arunoday building. Hettich (India) Pvt Ltd is what we are called. We deal with a lot of hardware and fittings, so you'll usually see boxes and parts sitting around the office. It's a practical space where we handle orders and talk to people about what they need for their projects. Devasandra Main Road is always moving, so there is plenty of activity right outside our door. Inside, we are mostly focused on getting the right items to the right people. We aren't the type to wear fancy suits; most of us are in work clothes because we are often moving things around or checking stock. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with all the hardware, but that's just how it is. We have a small team here and we've all worked together for a while. We know our inventory pretty well, so if someone calls asking for a specific hinge or drawer slide, we usually know exactly where it is. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing. Most people find us because they need something specific for their kitchen or furniture and they know we carry it. We just try to be useful and get the orders out on time. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Alkapuri business community. It feels good to see the things we provide being used in homes and offices around the area. Sometimes the delivery truck is late but we manage.
