Kaplan Overseas

Kaplan Overseas is located over at 20 B Kalyan Nagar in the Tarsali area of Vadodara. If you know Gujarat, you know this part of town gets pretty lively. We’ve been set up here for some time now, dealing with all the paperwork and details that come with overseas work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure every form is filled out right, which can be a bit tedious but it has to be done. We aren't some massive corporation with glass walls; we’re just a small team working out of this spot in Kalyan Nagar. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about their plans. It gets a bit cluttered in here with all the folders and files, but we know where everything is. People stop by quite often to ask questions. We try to keep things simple and explain things in plain English when the official language gets too confusing. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just keep at it. It’s a steady kind of life here in Tarsali. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors and always have water ready if someone’s had a long walk to get to us. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too special, just work. We keep the lights on and the files moving, day in and day out. It's what keeps us going.
