Jyoti Industries Corpration

Jyoti Industries Corporation is situated in Vadodara Magarpatta, right near the Saibab Tempal. You can’t miss the tempal because of the big orange flags and the sound of the prayers and bells in the early morning. Our place is just down the road from there. It’s an area that’s changed a lot lately, with more buildings and apartments going up every year. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. Our workshop is full of the usual stuff—metal, tools, and a lot of work orders pinned to a board with rusty nails. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time wiping our boots before coming inside to the office. We have a small corner where we keep some plants in plastic pots, but they struggle a bit with all the industrial dust and lack of sun. Most of our day is spent at the benches or working the machines. It’s a bit noisy, and the smell of grease and cutting oil is always around, but it feels like home to us after all these years. We’ve got a good group of people here who have worked together for a long time. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock that’s five minutes fast so we aren't late.
