Job Excel (Mgt & Placement Consultants)

We have been operating Job Excel for a while now from our office in Madhav Nagar Society. It is right behind Vijay Nagar in Tarsali. Most days it is just us handling the management and placement stuff. Baroda is a busy place, and there are always people looking for work or companies needing help with their staff. We just try to get things sorted out as they come in. The office is at number 17, Sunita Mangali. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood mostly. People come by with their resumes, and we sit down to see what fits. It isn't anything fancy or polished. We just look through the requirements and try to match folks up with the right spots. Sometimes it takes time, other times it is quick. That is just how the recruitment business goes around here. We have seen a lot of changes in the local market over the years. We stay busy with the paperwork and making calls. It gets a bit hectic when a lot of placements happen at once, but we manage somehow. If you are near Tarsali, you probably know the area already. It is easy to find us once you get to the society. We do not have a big corporate setup, just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing for hours. Other days we spend time organizing files and cleaning up. It is honest work, helping people find where they need to be.
