You can find us over at C-20 in the Ratnadeep Duplex. It is quite close to the Gotri Water Tank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are if someone gets lost on Gayatri Nagar Road. Working out of a duplex is nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have two floors, though we mostly huddle on the ground floor where it stays cooler. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it is pretty peaceful during the day while everyone is at school or work. We have been here at Jerry Varghese Intl Ltd for a while, and we have grown to like the rhythm of this part of Baroda. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go for a break in the morning. Our desks are squeezed in wherever they fit, and the walls are covered in calendars and notes we have pinned up over the months. The stairs squeak a little when you go up, but that is just the character of an older building like this. We do not have any big signs or flashing lights outside. It is just a regular house where we handle our business and try to stay on top of our emails. It gets a bit dusty with the road nearby, but we keep the windows shut and the computers running. It is a practical space for a practical team.
