Jaysons Hard Metals (P) Ltd.

We’re located on the first floor of the Ram Krishna Chamber. If you know Productivity Road in Alkapuri, you know how much traffic there is. It’s a busy part of town, which is good because things are always moving. We deal with hard metals, which sounds like tough work because it really is. Most of our time is spent talking about industrial parts and making sure the specs are right for the customers. Our office is a bit crowded with samples and catalogs. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. There are usually drawings spread out on the tables and a few metal pieces sitting around as paperweights. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying a heavy bag, but we’re used to it. We deal with a lot of engineering firms and machine shops. It’s a lot of technical talk about durability and cutting edges. Sometimes we get pretty busy with the phones ringing all at once. It’s just me and a few others trying to keep things organized. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just focus on the metal trade. Outside, you can hear the horns honking, but inside we just focus on the orders. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We’ve built up a lot of regulars over the years who just drop by to discuss their requirements over a quick cup of chai.
