Inox India Pvt. Ltd. is based at 199, Shiv Shakti, in the Gorwa area of Vadodara. If you know the Anandvan Complex, we are right behind it. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. Our space is tucked away in the GHB colony, so it feels a bit more like a home-run operation than a big factory. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. It’s a down-to-earth place. Most days, you’ll find us hunched over desks or talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re more than we are. We're just a group of people who know their way around the industry. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, and other times we leave early if the work is done. It’s flexible because we trust each other. The kettle is usually on, and there’s always a bit of chatter in the background. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you’re likely to just walk straight into where we’re working. It’s honest work and we do it from this corner of Vadodara because it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do every single day, keeping it practical and straightforward for everyone involved.
