Inox India Ltd.

We run Inox India Ltd. from our office in the Swashray Ashutosh Nagar Society here in Vadodara. It's a quiet enough area, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical side of things. We've been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day paperwork and making sure the projects are moving along. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing that would stand out from the street. Inside, it's usually a bit of a mess with papers and notes everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the tasks at hand. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of work because everything we need is close by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often something brought from home. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small group just trying to do right by the work we take on. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, and we just deal with it. It’s a real place with real people. No fancy slogans on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old photos. We like the routine of coming in and seeing the same faces every day. It works for us and keeps the business grounded in reality.
