Innovative Placement & Management Servies

Our office, Innovative Placement & Management Servies, is located at number 16 in Ashok Colony. We are inside the Jayratna Building on R.V.Desai Road, right across from the Bank of Baroda. It's a busy street, and finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. The building itself has been around for a while, and our office is just a regular room with some basic furniture. We do placement and management work, so we talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for their first job, others are trying to hire a whole team. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling everything from the phone calls to the filing. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and resumes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy management speak here. We just try to be practical and help folks get what they need. On hot afternoons, the fan above the desk is our best friend. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road, but we’ve managed to stick around. It’s a lot of work, and some days are better than others, but we enjoy the variety of people we meet. It’s a plain, honest place to work, and that’s just how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just the most reliable for the people who walk through our door. The tea stall downstairs knows our order by heart, which is nice.
