We are located at number 12 in the Rajeshwarnagar Society, which is right behind Vidhya Vihar School in Subhanpura. Being in Vadodara, specifically in the 23 area, means we are right in the middle of a residential-meets-business zone. It is a bit different from a standard office building. We work out of a space that feels more like a house, which honestly makes the long days a bit more comfortable for everyone. You can hear the school bells and the kids playing sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of typing. Our focus at Innovative Placement & Management Services is on the daily grind of recruiting. There is a lot of coming and going throughout the week. We meet a lot of different people. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We are not big on formal meetings in fancy boardrooms. Usually, we just pull up a chair and talk through things in the main room. It is a very straightforward way of working. The neighbors in the society are friendly, and we try not to take up too many parking spots on the street with our scooters.
