We are situated at 9 Channi Naka, right on Nagarthpet Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the profile cutting machines. We spend the day taking big sheets of metal and cutting them into specific shapes that our customers need. It’s a lot of math and steady hands. The sparks fly everywhere, and the smell of hot metal is something you never really get used to. We started this company because we saw a need for local cutting services that didn't require a huge contract. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll probably just see me or one of the guys covered in soot. It gets pretty cramped when we have a big order of steel plates waiting to be processed. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but machines break down or the power goes out, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a practical business for people who need metal parts made. There’s nothing glamorous about it, but it’s what we do. The traffic on Nagarthpet can be a mess, but we’re here every morning anyway, ready to get the torches started and the metal moving.
