About Indian Institute Of Planning Management – Education in Vadodara
If you go down Ajwa Road, near the Telegraph Office, you’ll find where we work. The Indian Institute of Planning Management has been in this area for a while. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a massive campus with gates; it’s more of a functional space. People come here to learn about planning and how businesses work. We spend our time at our desks, talking to students or sorting through curriculum papers. The Telegraph Office is a good landmark because everyone knows it. The road outside can get dusty when the weather is dry. We have a few classrooms and an office area that stays pretty busy during the week. We aren't big on marketing or making things look better than they are. It’s just an institute where people come to get their work done. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It feels very local. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to get here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop the teaching. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a decent place to be if you’re interested in management. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we all go when the afternoon slump hits. It’s not perfect, but it is our workplace and we like the rhythm of it.
