Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd.

Our office for Icici Prudential Life Insurance is on the third floor of the Sargam Hotel building. We are right opposite the Red Church in Fatehgunj, which is a very busy part of Baroda. There are always students and people walking around because of the nearby university. Being in an old hotel building means the stairs are a bit narrow, but we are in Room 308. We spend the day dealing with insurance papers and talking to people about their policies. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic and the church bells sometimes. We have desks cluttered with folders and claim forms. Most of the time we are just typing away on the computers or calling people back. It is not a very quiet office because people are always coming in to ask questions about their plans. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long in the hallway. The area has a lot of food stalls, so lunch breaks are usually quick and easy. Working in Fatehgunj means you see a lot of different faces every day. We just stay focused on the paperwork and try to finish everything before the sun goes down. It is a lot of data entry and filing, but that is just how insurance work goes. We have been in this specific building for a while now. It is just a normal office job like any other.
