Hostelane Consultancy is based in Shanti Park Society, which is near Sama Jakat Naka in Baroda. Our specific spot is G 47. Because we are in a society, the office has a much more residential and quiet feel than being in a commercial tower. It makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of polished marketing. We are just a group of people doing consultancy work from a simple office space. Inside, you’ll find the usual setup—computers, printers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a formal reception desk; we just greet whoever walks in. It’s a very informal and friendly atmosphere. We’ve been here in this part of Vadodara for a while and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. The team is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs to be done. There’s no corporate hierarchy or fancy speeches here. We just talk like regular people and focus on our daily tasks. Sometimes we take our tea break outside if the weather is nice. It’s an honest, grounded workplace where we don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just focus on the chores and making sure our records are up to date. People in the society know us, and we like being part of this local community. It’s just us, working away in G 47 and taking things as they come.
