Hero Cycles Limited (Cold Rolling Division)

Our Vadodara office is located at B/4, Gayatri Flats. We are right above Gayatri Hall in the Rangmahal area of Wadi. It’s a lively spot, and you can usually hear what’s going on downstairs. This is where we handle the cold rolling division's affairs for this region. We deal with the steel that eventually becomes parts of cycles. It’s a lot of administrative work and coordination. The flat has been converted into an office, so it has a bit of a homey feel, even with all the computers and files around. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been working together for years. We know the local suppliers and the logistics of getting material through Vadodara. It’s not a fancy setup. The desks are a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it gets the job done. We spend our days on the phone or checking spreadsheets. Sometimes we have meetings over lunch at the small shops nearby. We don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be. If there's a problem with a shipment, we just call the driver and figure it out. It’s a hands-on way of working. We enjoy being in Wadi because it feels like the heart of the city. There’s always something happening outside, and it keeps us feeling connected to the real world while we work on the technical stuff for the cycles.
