Our place is at 204 R.C. Dutt Road in the Siddharth Complex. It is right in the middle of a busy commercial zone. Grand Polycoats Co Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for some time. We deal with industrial coatings and paints. The office is mostly for the administrative side of things. We have desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. It is not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It is more of a working office where we handle orders and talk to factory managers. R.C. Dutt Road is always humming with people and cars. We usually have people coming in for meetings about specific coating requirements. We don't really do the retail stuff you see in a hardware store. It is more specialized than that. The staff here knows their stuff because they have been doing it for years. We keep a regular schedule, starting around nine. Lunch is usually whatever we bring from home or a quick bite from the complex. We do not have a big marketing team. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them.
