D D Powder Coating

We run D D Powder Coating over at Plot No. A-101 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It's a busy spot most days of the week. There's always something getting sprayed with color or baked in the big oven at the back. The air smells a bit like metal and chemicals most of the time, which is just part of the job. We’ve been at this plot for a few years now. It’s just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside road. Inside, it's usually a bit of a mess with metal parts waiting to be coated. We try to keep things moving so the folks who drop them off don't have to wait too long. Sometimes the powder colors are hard to get right away, so we have to wait for the delivery truck. The guys working here have been with me for a while, so they know exactly how to handle the equipment. We start early because the ovens take a long time to heat up properly before we can start the first batch. If you're coming to see us, just look for the big blue door at Plot A-101. The Gidc estate is massive, so it helps to have the plot number ready before you start driving around. We don't spend much time on computers. Usually, we are just out back working with our hands. It’s a lot of manual labor, but the work is steady.
