Gea Process Engineering India Private Limited

Our office and workshop are out on Savli Road, specifically in Block No. 8 near Dumad. It’s a heavy industrial area, so it’s mostly about engineering and technical work here at Gea Process Engineering. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and making sure the machinery we are working on fits the right specs. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see anything flashy or modern. There is usually a lot of noise from the tools and people moving heavy metal parts around the floor. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we just get on with the tasks at hand without much talk. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks going back and forth, but that’s just how it is in Savli. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some quite big, and it keeps the day interesting for the crew. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the break area talking about whatever is going on locally. We don’t go in for big speeches or those polished business presentations. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to make sure we don't make mistakes. If something breaks, we fix it. If a part is missing, we find it. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience and a bit of sweat every day.
