Gci (Global Consultant Incorpotated)

Being based in Baroda, Gujarat, gives us a certain way of doing things. We have been operating under the name Gci, or Global Consultant Incorpotated, for some time now. Baroda is a good city for this kind of work because everything feels a bit more grounded here compared to the bigger metros. We do not have a flashy office with a view of the skyline. Instead, we have a workspace that is built for actual work. The summers here get incredibly hot, so the air conditioning is probably the most important member of our team for about six months of the year. We are mostly a quiet bunch, just focusing on our consulting tasks. We have got a small kitchen area where we eat lunch together, usually sharing whatever someone brought from home in their tiffin. It is nothing fancy, just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. We like the pace of life here in Gujarat. It allows us to be thorough without feeling like we are in a constant race. Most people just call us Gci because the full name is a bit of a mouthful when you are in a hurry. We have grown a bit over the years, but the core group is still the same. We take our work seriously but we do not feel the need to dress it up with a lot of corporate talk or polished brochures. We just do the work.
